The Above Authorizing party does release and permit any reasonable
sexual activity to take place between the requesting parties beginning
on The date of ___ / ___ / ___ , and ending by ___ / ___ / ___ . The
authorizing party does release all complaints, ego, video or audio tape
recording devices, and random karma from the requesting parties and
agrees to not make pig noises in the other room while said activity is
taking place. All parties agree to be discreet, safe, and operate within
the parameters of OSHA guidelines. Requesting parties are responsible
for all costs, gratuities, transportation, laundry and any other direct
expenses incurred during the agreed time frame. All times are expressed
in EST time zones, and begin at 12 midnight and end at 12 noon.
Accommodation for runover in time will be handled in a per hour manner,
unless otherwise agreed that all times will be adhered to. There will be
no refunds for short time. Frequent flyer miles remain the property of
the persons purchasing tickets. Medical expenses incurred will be the
responsibility of the requesting parties so far as emergency removal of
non organic, or lower organic life forms from either party. Mileage,
wear and tear, and maintenance on any vehicles, wagons, wheelbarrows ,
carpet, vinyl, or drapes will be the responsibility of the requesting
parties. Accidents on or in cars, carpet, linoleum, or other material
while engaged in said acts will be the responsibility of the requesting
parties. Should a videotape or text record of activities be published,
the authorizing party will have a mention as in the credits as
^ÓPermission for this granted by^Ó followed by their name. Consumption of
fuels, exhaust of combustion gases, environmental impacts, and EPA
licenses are the responsibility of the land owners or property owners.
Any mention of this on any Television talk show of a length 30 minutes
or less will be cause for a summation of all monies paid and division
equally between all 3 parties. This includes syndication and movie
rights. All parties accept full responsibilities for their action in
this, and for a 72 hours period afterwards, after which any disputes
remaining will be settles in a arena composed of BBQ sauce and clubs
composed of lime green jello. The format will be left open, and the
decision of the non disputing party will be rendered by the judges. The
Judges of such a contest may not be educated in the ways of jello, nor
related to Betty Crocker in
any way.
